All fuses are fine.
There is no indicator lights on at all.
I've replaced all 4 of the 3300uf capacitors.
There is power all over the primary side....including the Q801 and Q802 Mosfets. ..... but absolutely none on the secondary side of the power supply.

Any ideas?
